Delivery
Everything you see on my website is made by me by hand and beautifully wrapped.
Some pieces are in stock and others are made to order.
My prices include UK postage. You will not have a delivery charge added at the checkout.
I use a Royal Mail First Class Recorded & Tracked service, with delivery in 2-4 working days for items in stock. I also send some items via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is a next day delivery service.
Delivery estimates and methods are provided on each of my product pages. Please check these carefully, especially if you're ordering something that needs to be made.
International orders: I am happy to ship to some countries outside of the UK. Please get in touch if you'd like a quote for international shipping.
Returns & Refunds
I hope you’ll be very happy with your purchases, but understand that occasionally you may wish to return an item and seek a refund. If this is the case please let me know in writing no longer than 7 working days after the date on which you received your order. If a product is damaged upon arrival or faulty, please notify me with proof of damage and I will exchange your purchase if eligible.
Please email me on penny@pennylittle.com with your contact and order details and let me know why you would like to return an item so that I can put things right for you.
Your order will need to be returned to me within 14 working days from the date you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please obtain proof of posting. I can’t accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit so I recommend you use an insured method via Royal Mail. Refunds will only be credited with the same payment method as the original purchase.

Your privacy is very important to me.
This website, under domain www.pennylittle.com, is purely used to share and sell my work. I am a London-based potter. References to ‘me’, ‘my’ and ‘I’ shall be deemed to be references to Penny Little. References to ‘you’ and ‘your’ shall be deemed to be references to persons placing an order via this website or persons reading about me and my work on this website.
Only the basic personal details required to process your order are collected. These details - your name, address, email address - will not be released to any outside party. By choosing to use this website to place an order with, you agree to our use of your personal information as required to process and deliver your order.
I do not have access to sensitive payment data or am able to store credit/debit card details - these are handled by my secure website payment processor Stripe via my Squarespace website. Both Squarespace and Stripe have strict Data Protection Policies and are GDPR compliant.
My policy is to keep all personal information completely confidential and solely for internal purposes, to fulfil your orders or send you information (opt-in only) about my ceramics.
My newsletters are sent via Mailchimp, which securely holds my mailing list. You can unsubscribe from this list at any time by following the unsubscribe link in my newsletter or by emailing me penny@pennylittle.com.
I will not trade, sell, resell, or redistribute information that you provide to any companies, organisations or individuals.
