There are two things I like about my handmade porcelain duos; first of all I love to combine the different lustres (although the smaller bowl can of course be made from the same lustre if you prefer) and secondly the act of putting a small bowl inside a larger one multiplies the reflection ten fold.

Putting two pieces together definitely creates a sculptural effect and if you don’t always want them inside one another, well then you have two bowls to play with and position to catch the light.

This duo combines a larger platinum-filled piece and a smaller gold bowl.
