Curved Open Form Tulips: White Porcelain and Gold Lustre
Delightfully tactile pieces reminiscent of open flower heads. Hand formed in white porcelain and lined with gold lustre which contains 24 carat gold. The lustre looks molten and the effect is meditative when you look inside.
These pieces are lovely on their own but very special as a group.
Because the lustre is added in a third firing, it will retain its shine but can be washed in hot soapy water and polished with a soft cloth. There are 2 to choose from (priced individually):
Tulip head 1. Measures approx 8cm tall x 6cm wide.
Tulip head 2. Measures approx 9cm tall x 6cm wide.
